The authors continue their previous studies [Algebra Colloq. 19, No. 3, 525--532 (2012; Zbl 1256.17007)] and prove that if \(q\) is not a root of unity, then the center of the quantum group \(U_{q}(\mathfrak{sl}_{4})\) is isomorphic to a quotient algebra of polynomial algebra with four variables and one relation.
