Let \(\phi\) (t) be a concave increasing function on [0,\(\ell]\) and \(\phi (0)=0\), \(t^{-1}\phi (t)\to \infty\) if \(t\to \infty\). For the ideal space E the space \(H_{\phi,E}\) of continuous functions u(x) is considered on [0,\(\ell]\) with \(\omega\) (u,t)/\(\phi\) (t) from the space E. As usual \(\omega\) (u,t) is the continuity modulus of the function u. The space \(H_{\phi,E}\) is considered with the norm \(\| u\|_{\phi,E}=\max \{\| u\|_ C,\| \omega /\phi \|_ E\}\). In the first part of the paper the authors studied integral operators with kernels K(x,y) that belong to \(H_{\phi,E}\) as functions of x for all y. For these operators as operators from the ideal space X in \(H_{\phi,E}^ a \)continuity condition is obtained. The analogous questions are studied for the convolution with the kernel K(x-y) from the space \(M_{\phi,E}\) of summable functions g(t) on [0,\(\ell]\) for which \((1/\phi (t))\int^{t}_{0}g^*(z)dz=G(t)\in E,\| g\|_{M_{\phi,E}}=\| G\|_ E\) where \(g^*(z)\) is an increasing transposition. In the second part of the paper the results of the first part are used to study the Poisson representation of functions from \(\tilde H_{\phi,E}\).
