The authors study the asymptotic stability of both exact and discrete solutions of neutral multidelay integro-differential equations. They also derive sufficient conditions that guarantee the asymptotic stability of exact solutions. Adapted classical Runge-Kutta and linear multistep methods are used for solving of the studied systems. Asymptotic stability of the used numerical methods are compared with the stability criteria derived for the continuous problem. Some numerical examples illustrating the derived results are given.
