The authors discuss linear discrete systems \(x(n+1)=A(n)x(n)\), \(n=0,1,2,..\). in \(R^ k\). Let W be the set of all such systems. The authors prove the following results: 1) The set of multiplicatively separated systems is dense in W. 2) Any structurally stable system has an exponential dichotomy.
