The paper considers a system with two time scales \[ {{dy}\over{dt}} = g(y,u)\;,\;y\in R^l, \] \[ {{du}\over{dt}} = \varepsilon b(u,\varepsilon t)\;,\;u\in R^n \] on some domain \[ D = \{u\in R^n|D_u=\{y\in R^l|c_1(y,u)<0\}\} \] with the boundary \[ C=\{u\in R^n|C_u=\{y\in R^l|c_1(y,u)=0\}\}. \] It is assumed that \(y\) and \(b\) have some continuity and smoothness properties on \(D\cup C\). The averaged system for \(\bar{u}(\tau)=u(\tau/\varepsilon)\) is as follows \[ {{d\bar{u}}\over{dt}} = b(\bar{u},\tau)+a(\bar{u},\tau)\nu(\bar{u}). \] The paper gives conditions for the fulfilment of \[ |u(\varepsilon t)-\bar{u}(\varepsilon t)|<\zeta\;,\;0<t<\tau_1/\varepsilon \] for \(\zeta>0\) arbitrarily small.
