If \(\Omega\) is an open bounded subset of \(\mathbb{C}^p\), let \(A^\infty (\Omega)\) be the Fréchet algebra of holomorphic functions on \(\Omega\) extendable to \(C^\infty\) functions on \(\overline {\Omega}\). This article studies the following decomposition problem in such algebras. Let \(\Omega_1\) and \(\Omega_2\) two open bounded sets, with some additional properties and let \(A(z)\) an \(n \times n\)-matrix whose coefficients are elements of \(A^\infty (\Omega_1 \cap \Omega_2)\). Under what conditions can \(A (z)\) be factorized \(A(z)= A_1 (z) A_2 (z)\) on \(\Omega_1 \cap \Omega_2\) with \(A_i (z)\in A^\infty (\Omega_i)\), \(i=1, 2\)? The method used is based on an inverse function theorem of Nash-Moser type established in the framework of the Fréchet spaces \(A^\infty (\Omega)\).
