The author studies coupled oscillators with recurrent forces \[ K_n(u)\equiv (u_n)_{xx}+k_n(u_n)_x +f_n(u_n)-L_n(u_{n-1},u_n,u_{n+1})=p_n(x)\tag{1} \] \(n=1\dots, N\) and random forces \(K_n(u)=g_n(\theta_x \omega)\). By imbedding (1) into coupled parabolic equations \[ v_t=K_n(v)-q_n(x) \] with \(q\) from a hull \(H(p)\) of \(p=(p_1,\dots,p_N)\), the author proves the existence of recurrent/random solutions to (1) and states conditions ensuring that such solutions are unique. In addition, it is proved that under some conditions a bounded recurrent solution of (1) inherits the properties of \(p\). The results are applied to coupled Duffing type oscillators and to coupled Josephson junctions.
