In the present article the solvability of the gauge-fixing constant scalar curvature equations on ruled Kähler manifolds is introduced and proved. Let \((M,\omega)\) be a compact Kähler manifold with constant scalar curvature and \(E\) a holomorphic vector bundle over \(M\) with Hermitian-Einstein metric \(H_{E}\). It is proved that when some lifting conditions for holomorphic vector fields on \(M\) are satisfied the solutions for the gauge-fixing constant scalar curvature equations are actually solutions for the constant scalar curvature equations provided the corresponding Futaki invariants vanish. More precisely, the main theorem is the following. Let \(h(M)\) denote the complex Lie algebra of holomorphic vector fields on \(M\) and let \(h_{0}(M)\) be its Lie subalgebra consisting of all \(Z\in h(M)\) such that \(i_{Z}\omega=\overline{\partial}f\) for some smooth complex valued function on \(M\). Let \(L\) be the universal line bundle over the ruled manifold \(P(E)\) and \(F_{A_{L^{*}}}\) the curvature of the Hermitian connection \(A_{L^{*}}\) on the dual line bundle \(L^{*}\) defined by the metric \(H_{L^{*}}\) induced from \(H_{E}\). Denote further by \(\text{Aut}(E)\) the group of holomorphic automorphisms of \(E\) and by \(g_{E}\) the Lie algebra of the image of \(\text{Aut}(E)\) in \(\text{Aut}(P(E))\) which preserves the projection map \(\widehat{\pi}: P(E)\rightarrow M\). Then the assumptions of the main theorem are that the elements of \(h_{0}(M)\) can be lifted to holomorphic vector fields on \(P(E)\) preserving the projection map \(\widehat{\pi}: P(E)\rightarrow M,\) and that for a sufficiently large integer \(k\) both the restriction of the Futaki character on \(P(E)\) and the Kähler class \(K_k:=[(i \cdot F_{A_{L^{*}}})/2\pi+ k\widehat{\pi}^{*}\omega_M]\) vanish. Then for each sufficiently large integer \(k\) there exists a Kähler metric on \(P(E)\) with Kähler class \(K_k\) which has constant scalar curvature.
