The extended BRS-algebra B is the solvable Lie superalgebra [\textit{V. G. Kac}, Adv. Math. 26, 8-96 (1977; Zbl 0366.17012)] with a basis \((N,Q_ 1,Q_ 2)\) such that \([N,Q_ 1]=Q_ 1\), \([N,Q_ 2]=-Q_ 2\), \(\{Q_ 1,Q_ 1\}=\{Q_ 2,Q_ 2\}=\{Q_ 1,Q_ 2\}=0\); the restricted BRS- algebra B' is the subalgebra of B generated by N and \(Q_ 1\). The authors consider the finite-dimensional not completely reducible B'- and B-modules, and study their structures.
