This paper is an additional, formal, demonstration of a standard version ``for a fixed torus'' of the perturbation theorem of Hamiltonian systems. It is formal in the sense that it does not enter into convergence problems. This cultural choice is motivated by the author: \dots we give the direct proof of the existence of a formal solution of the perturbed problem with a Hamiltonian of the general form. We note that works [\dots] considered Hamiltonians of a special form in order to simplify the proof of the convergence of Lindstedt series. But we are interested in the perturbation of a Hamiltonian of the general form, omitting the question about the convergence so far.
