The paper studies Goldbach's problem of the representation of all even integers \(n\), \(n\geqslant 4\) as a sum of two primes. The paper discusses and announces that by the method of induction the existence of a non-zero lower bound for the number of this representation may be determined, i.e. there exists a pair of such primes for any mentioned integer \(n\).
