    The author studies the following boundary value problem \[ \begin{cases} x'(t) & =f\Bigl(t,x(t), \max_{[0,t]} x(s),y(t),\max_{[0,t]} y(s) \Bigr),\\ y(t) & = g\Bigl(t,\max_{[0,t]} x(s),y(t)\Bigr), \end{cases} 0\leq x\leq T, \] \[ Ax(0)+Bx(T)=d, \] where \(f\in C([0,T] \times\mathbb{R}^p \times\mathbb{R}^p \times \mathbb{R}^q \times\mathbb{R}^q, \mathbb{R}^p)\), \(g\in C([0,T] \times\mathbb{R}^p \times\mathbb{R}^q, \mathbb{R}^q)\), \(A,B\in \mathbb{R}^{p\times p}\), \(d\in \mathbb{R}^p\) and maximum is taken as coordinate-like; some modifications of this problem are considered, too. The author describes conditions on \(f\) and \(g\) under which the problem above has a unique solution and this solution is a limit of Samoilenko numerical-analytical approximations (or their Seidel-like modifications). These conditions are formulated in terms of unique solvability for an auxiliary majorant equation which is presented in explicit form.
