By extending a Feynman-Kac formula in [\textit{B. Simon}, Canad. Math. Soc. Conf. Proc. 28, 317--321 (2000; Zbl 0967.81018)], the authors study a class of unbounded Schrödinger semigroups, in which Schrödinger operators with suitable potentials and magnetic fields may be unbounded from below. In particular, the domains and integral kernels of such Schrödinger semigroups are discussed in detail, and applications to random Schrödinger operators are also given.
