This paper deals with multi-analytic operators on Fock spaces and extends many of the classical results for analytic operators to our noncommutative setting. Thus, we give a characterization of these operators in terms of their symbols as well as an inner-outer factorization of them. A noncommutative analog for the Szegö infimum theory, the Fejér-Riesz theorem for Toeplitz operators and other extremal properties are obtained. Using the generalized commutant lifting theorem we obtain a Corona-type theorem and the Carathéodory interpolation theorem on Fock spaces.
