The author is concerned with estimates for \(\Delta_1(x)\) and \(\Delta_2(x)\), which denote the error terms in the asymptotic formulas for the summatory functions of \(t(n)\) and \(w(n)\), generated respectively by \[ \prod^\infty_{j= 1} \zeta^2(js),\quad \prod^\infty_{j= 1} \zeta^3(js)\qquad (\text{Re } s> 1). \] The functions \(t(n)\) and \(w(n)\) are multiplicative and \(t(n)=(a* a)(n)\), \(w(n)= (a* t)(n)\), where \(*\) denotes convolution and \(a(n)\) is the number of non-isomorphic Abelian groups with \(n\) elements. The estimation of \(\Delta_1(x)\) and \(\Delta_2(x)\) can be reduced to the estimation of certain multidimensional exponential sums, which can be estimated by the methods of E. Krätzel and the author. In this way, the author proves the new estimates \(\Delta_1\ll x^{9/22}\log^4 x\), \(\Delta_2(x)\ll x^{76/153} \log^6 x\).
