This note is about the isomorphism between the moduli space of framed flags on the projective plane \(\mathcal{F}(r,n,l)\) and the moduli space of stable representations of a certain ADHM quiver \(\mathcal{N}(r,c,c')\) (see the introduction for precise definitions) studied in [\textit{R. A. von Flach} and \textit{M. Jardim}, J. Geom. Phys. 118, 138--168 (2017; Zbl 1369.81082)]. In this paper, the authors present a corrigendum about the former one, regarding the claim about \(\mathcal{N}(r,c,1)\) being non-singular for \(r,c\geq 1\) and substituting for a weaker statement. In section 2 a chamber of stability parameters is constructed for the isomorphism to hold and section 3 contains the fixing of a gap in previous paper. Section 4 proves that the moduli spaces \(\mathcal{N}(r,c,c')\) have a perfect obstruction theory and section 5 shows that \(\mathcal{N}(r,c,1)\) is, at least, generically unobstructed.
