The author extended the known regularity criterion for the 3 D MHD equations which depends only on one directional derivative of the pressure, and proved the regularity of solutions to the 3D MHD equations under the assumption that one directional derivative of the pressure belongs to some anisotropic Lebesgue spaces with exponent $2/\beta+1/\gamma+2/\alpha=k\in[2,3]$ and $3/k\leq\gamma\leq\alpha\leq 1/(k-2)$.
