The author proves that for any natural number \(d\geq 2\) and strictly increasing sequence \((m_n)\) of natural numbers, the subgroup \(\sum_{n\in \mathbb{N}} \mathbb{Z}(dm_n)\) equipped with the topology induced by the product \(\Pi_{n\in \mathbb{N}} \mathbb{Z}(dm_n)\) has no Mackey topology. As a result, \(\mathbb{Z}^{(\mathbb{N})}\) endowed with the topology induced by \(\mathbb{Z}^{\mathbb{N}}\) has no Mackey topology.
