The notion of positive strongly \((p,q)\)-summing operator is introduced: operators \(T\) from a Banach space \(X\) to a Banach lattice \(F\) for which there is a constant \(K>0\) such that for every \(x_{1}, \dots , x_{n} \in X\) and \(0 \leq y_{1}^{*}, \dots , y_{n}^{*} \in F^{*}\) we have \[ \sum_{i=1}^{n} | \langle T(x_{i}) , y_{i}^{*} \rangle | \leq K \| (x_{i})_{i=1}^{n} \|_{q} w_{p^{*}}((x_{i})_{i=1}^{n}) . \] This class is proved to be the dual to the positive \((q^{*}, p^{*})\)-summing operators introduced by \textit{O. Blasco} [Collect. Math. 37, 13--22 (1986; Zbl 0619.47019)]. A~tensor product representation, a domination and a factorization theorem are given for positive strongly \((p,p)\)-summing operators, as well as for positive \((p,p)\)-summing operators.
