    The authors consider PDEs of the form \[ -\Delta u+V(x)u=a(x)|u|^{q-1}+f(x), \] where \(x\in\mathbb{R}^{N}\). In addition, it is assumed that \(N\ge3\), \(0<q<1\), \(f\ge0\), \(f\neq0\), and \(f\in L^2\big(\mathbb{R}^{2}\big)\cap L^{\frac{2N}{N+2}}\big(\mathbb{R}^{N}\big)\). Under several additional assumptions, it is proved that this problem admits at least two solutions, where these solutions satisfy certain sign conditions.
