Szegő quadrature and frequency analysis (Q2388695): Difference between revisions

A series of papers have treated the frequency analysis problem by studying the zeros of orthogonal polynomials on the unit circle with respect to measures determined by observations of the signal. This paper is an extension of a previous paper of the authors [Rocky Mt. J. Math. 33, No. 2, 629--645 (2003; Zbl 1042.94001)] where properties of Szegő quadrature formulas associated with the zeros of para-orthogonal polynomials with respect to the same measures were used to determine the frequencies and amplitudes in the signal. Contain introduction preliminary results, main result and five illustrative examples.
