It has been known since a long time that tensor calculus can be used for dealing with problems of projective geometry. The explicit calculations tend to become rather involved and are rarely used in the current literature. The authors report on a method, originally developed by James Blinn, for a diagrammatic representation of tensor calculations. This approach allows to deal with geometric objects, their incidence relations and invariants in a highly intuitive way. Other geometries like Euclidean or spherical geometry can also be treated.
