This paper continues the survey by the same author [Comput. Methods Funct. Theory 14, No. 2--3, 465--481 (2014; Zbl 1307.57001)], in which volume minimizing hyperbolic \(n\)-orbifolds for dimensions \(2\leq n\leq 9\) had been described taking into account (non-)compactness, orientability and arithmeticity. The paper under review considers non-compact hyperbolic orbifolds and identifies those of minimal volume between the orientable, cusped, arithmetic, hyperbolic \(n\)-orbifolds for even dimensions \(10\leq n\leq 18\) and odd dimensions \(n=11\) and \(n=13\). It is known from work of Belolipetsky and Emery that there exists a volume minimising one among those orbifolds in each dimension. The paper under review identifies them as orbit spaces of certain hyperbolic Coxeter groups.
