The main goal of this paper is to derive wall-crossing formulas for ADHM invariants using the theory of generalised Donaldson--Thomas invariants developed by \textit{D. Joyce} and \textit{Y. Song} in [Mem.\ Am.\ Math.\ Soc.\ 1020, iii-v, 199 p. (2012; Zbl 1259.14054)]. Let us recall the necessary notions. Let \(X\) be a smooth projective curve over \(\mathbb{C}\) equipped with a very ample line bundle, and let \(M_1\) and \(M_2\) be invertible sheaves on \(X\) such that an isomorphism \(M_1\otimes M_2\cong K_X^{-1}\) is fixed. An ADHM sheaf \(\mathcal{E}\) on \(X\) consists of the data \((E,\Phi_1,\Phi_2,\phi,\psi)\), where \(E\) is a coherent sheaf on \(X\) and \(\Phi_i: E\otimes M_i\rightarrow E\), \(\phi: E\otimes M_1\otimes M_2\rightarrow \mathcal{O}_X\) and \(\psi: \mathcal{O}_X \rightarrow E\) are morphisms satisfying the ADHM relation. The sheaf \(\mathcal{E}\) is locally free if \(E\) is and it is then said to be of type \((r,e)\) if \(E\) has rank \(r\) and degree \(e\). In the prequel of the paper under review several results concerning moduli spaces of ADHM sheaves were proved. In particular, there exists a stability condition for ADHM sheaves depending on a real parameter \(\delta\), so that for fixed \((r,e)\) (from here on, \(r\geq 1\)) there are finitely many critical stability parameters dividing the real line into chambers. In each chamber any semistable sheaf is stable and the set of these is constant. Strictly semistable sheaves can only appear for the critical values. For \((r,e)\) and \(\delta\) fixed, there is an algebraic moduli stack of finite type parametrising \(\delta\)-semistable locally free ADHM sheaves of type \((r,e)\). For noncritical \(\delta\), it is a quasi-projective scheme with a perfect obstruction theory. Furthermore, the tori \(\mathbb{C}^*\) and \(\mathbb{C}^*\times\mathbb{C}^*\) act on the moduli stack and the fixed loci are proper over \(\mathbb{C}\). One can use this to define ADHM invariants by equivariant virtual integration in each stability chamber. Furthermore, for large \(\delta\) the above moduli space is isomorphic to the moduli space of stable pairs of \textit{R. Pandharipande} and \textit{R. P. Thomas} [Invent. Math. 178, No. 2, 407--447 (2009; Zbl 1204.14026)] on the total space of the bundle \(M_1^{-1}\oplus M_2^{-1}\). After establishing the wall-crossing formulas, the authors present some applications. In particular, they compare their formulas with wall-crossing formulas of Kontsevich and Soibelman and prove the strong rationality conjecture for the local stable pair theory of curves of genus \(\geq 1\). For part I, see the second author [J. Geom. Phys. 62, No. 2, 523--547 (2012; Zbl 1238.14042)].
