In this paper the authors prove uniqueness of recovery of electric permittivity \(\varepsilon\), magnetic permeability \(\mu\) and electrical conductivity \(\sigma\) entering the classical stationary Maxwell's system given the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map. They assume that all three unknown parameters are functions which are \(C^ 7\)-close to constants. This paper is a generalization of the fundamental paper of \textit{J. Sylvester} and \textit{G. Uhlmann} [Ann. Math., II. Ser. 125, 153-169 (1987; Zbl 0625.35078)] and similar methods are used. Recently \textit{P. Ola}, \textit{L. Paeivaerinta} and \textit{E. Somersalo}, ``An inverse boundary value problem in electrodynamics'' [Duke Math. J. (in print)] obtained a global uniqueness result assuming only that these parameters minus certain constants are in \(C_ 0^ 3\).
