A composite random number generator named composite Sherif-Dear (CSD) generator is developed and tested. It consists of two random number generators (RNG). One is any reasonable RNG, specifically the multiplicative linear congruential generator by \textit{L. Schrage} [ACM Trans. Math. Software 5, 132-138 (1979; Zbl 0403.68041)] is adopted for demonstration, and the second RNG utilizes a unique property that results from the cubing of four digit integers. The CSD algorithm is described. It contains six steps. Tables are shown representing the frequency distribution of digits, the independence property and autocorrelation tests. The CSD generator computer program is listed.
