    The authors consider the following parabolic equation: \[ c\frac{\partial y}{\partial t} = \sum_{i = 1}^n {\frac{\partial}{\partial x_, }\left( {u_i \frac{\partial y}{\partial x_i }} \right) + \widetilde {f}(x,t)} \] on a domain \(\overline{\Omega }_T = \Omega \times (0,T)\), where \(\Omega = \Omega _1 \cup \Omega _2\), \(\Omega _1 \cap \Omega _2 = \emptyset\), \(\partial \Omega _1 \cap \partial \Omega _2 = \gamma \neq \emptyset\); \(\Omega_1\) and \(\Omega _2\) are connected bounded strictly Lipschitzian domains in \(\mathbb R^n\); \(u_i = (u_{i1}, u_{i2} )\), \(u_{il} = u_i | _{\overline{\Omega }_l}\), \(u_{il}= \text{const}>0\), \(i=1,\dots,n\), \(l=1,2\), \(c = c(x) \geq c_0 > 0\), \(c| _{\Omega_l}\in C(\Omega_l)\), \(| c | < \infty\), \(\widetilde {f}| _{\Omega _{lT} } \in C(\Omega _{lT})\), \(l = 1,2\), \(| \widetilde {f}| < \infty\). The paper proposes explicit procedures of construcing the Frechet derivatives of residual functionals to solve inverse renewal problems. The paper consists of 5 paragraphs: renewal of coefficients of a parabolic equation; renewal of the parameters of parabolic equation; renewal of the parameters of thin inclusion, initial state, and boundary conditions; renewal of parameters of a composite thin inclusion; renewal of the drain parameter and initial condition.
