The author has used Jensen's inequality and new methods to construct some simplified conditions to establish sufficient and necessary conditions for the strong convergence of a sequence \(\{ x_n\} \) generated by three-step iteration process with errors to a fixed point of a given Lipschitzian operator \(T\). The uniqueness of this fixed point of \(T\) is discussed. His results improve and extend several results in the literature.
