The authors call a bounded linear operator \(T\) on a Hilbert space \(H\) \textit{disk-cyclic} if there exists \(x\in H\) such that \[ \{\alpha T^n x: 0<| \alpha| \leq 1,\, n\in \mathbb N\} \] is norm-dense in \(H\). Similarly, a tuple \(T=(T_1,\dots,T_n)\) of commuting operators on \(H\) is called disk-cyclic if, for some \(x\in H\), \[ \{\alpha T_1^{j_1}\cdots T_n^{j_n} x: 0<| \alpha| \leq 1,\, j_k\in \mathbb N\} \] is norm-dense in \(H\). In this paper, a sufficient criterion for disk-cyclicity of pairs is given. As an application, the authors investigate the disk-cyclicity of pairs of adjoints \((C^\ast_{\omega_1,\varphi_1}, C^\ast_{\omega_2,\varphi_2})\) of weighted composition operators on Hilbert spaces of analytic functions in the disk. Similar results are obtained for codisk-cyclicity (where the condition \(|\alpha|\leq 1\) is replaced by \(|\alpha|\geq 1\)).
