The paper deals with the study of the time dependent Ginzburg-Landau model of superconductivity. Under the hypothesis that the applied magnetic field is time periodic it is proved the existence of at least a time periodic solution. The result is deduced via the Schauder fixed point theorem, after obtaining several a priori estimates on solutions of the Ginzburg-Landau system. The author also establishes the compactness of the associated evolution operator.
