Let \(\text{Aut}(X)\) be the locally compact group of all isometries of a homogeneous tree \(X\) of order \(q+ 1 \geq 3\). Consider a closed unimodular subgroup \(G\) of \(\text{Aut}(X)\) of class CCR, i.e., for every irreducible continuous unitary representation \(\pi\) of \(L^1(G)\) and every \(f\in L^1(G)\), the operator \(f\mapsto \int_G f(x)\pi(x)dx\) is compact. It is shown that if \(G\) acts transitively on \(X\), then it also acts transitively on the tree boundary.
