Uniform stabilizability results of a three-dimensional structural acoustic model describing the pressure in an acoustic chamber with flexible walls are established. The model is described by a coupled system consisting of a wave equation and plate equation with the coupling on the interface between the acoustic chamber and the wall. The stabilization is achieved by introducing a nonlinear dissipation on the boundary. It is shown that either viscous or boundary damping added to the wave equation, and boundary dissipation applied only at the edge of the plate suffices to provide the uniform decay rates of the natural energy function associated with the model .
