Classical Schottky groups of real type of genus two. III (Q1384457): Difference between revisions

[For part II see the author in ibid. 43, No. 4, 449-472 (1991; Zbl 0799.30036).] The author distinguishes eight kinds of classical Schottky spaces of real type of genus two. Of these he considers the spaces of the third, sixth and eigth types and pursues the following aims: (1) to describe the shape of the classical Schottky spaces; (2) to find generators for the Schottky modular groups acting on these spaces; (3) to determine fundamental domains for the Schottky modular group acting on these spaces. The results are too technical to be given here. (For the remaining five kinds of classical Schottky spaces these problems have already been dealt with in the literature).
