The author considers the problem \[ x'(t) = (A+B)x(t), \;t > 0,\;x(0) = x_0 \in D,\quad \varphi(x(t))' \leq g(\varphi(x(t)), t > 0, \] in a Banach space \(X\), where the operator \(A\) is \(m\)-quasidissipative, \(B\) is locally Lipschitz continuous with respect to some topology induced through the lower semicontinuous functional \(\varphi\) and \(g\) is a comparison function specifying the growth rate of the solution and ensuring its \(\varphi\)-boundedness. The author presents the first product formula which provides the unique integral solution to the problem. Moreover, the convergence of the second product formula for approximations \(A_h\) of \(A\) to the solution is established and applied to generate solutions to a class of advection reaction diffusion systems. As an example, a model describing the process of HIV infection is given.
