Motivated by the knowledge of the algebraic structure of \((S,\mathcal N)\)-implications on \([0,1]\) (i.e., the standard class of fuzzy implications in fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory), the authors study the related problems for interval-valued \((S,\mathcal N)\)-implications. Relationships between single properties of fuzzy implications, such as the identity principle, exchange principle, law of contraposition, etc., are shown to be the same in the case of interval-valued implications as it is in the case of standard fuzzy implications on \([0,1]\). The main results of the paper suppose the continuity of interval negations, t-conorms and implications, both in Moore- and Scott-sense. A brief summarization of one of the major results, see Corollary 4.14: \((I_S,\mathcal N)\) is a continuous interval-valued \((S,\mathcal N)\)-implication if and only if it is derived from a continuous interval t-conorm and a continuous interval negation.
