Let \(M\) be a connected, complete, immersed hypersurface in the Euclidean space \(\mathbb R^{n+1}\), \(n\geq 3\). The structure of the ends of \(M\) is described, assuming that all sectional curvatures of \(M\) are positive outside a compact subset, or that all sectional curvatures are nonnegative and the nullity of the second fundamental form of \(M\) is at most one outside a compact subset.
