The ultradistribution space of Beurling and Roumieu type, together with corresponding pseudodifferential operators, are discussed in Sections 1 and 2 of the present paper. The global operators are related to Shubin type global operators and global symbol classes are considered. The symbol classes belong to the connection between the anti-Wick and Weyl quantization is represented, for which pseudodifferential operators are defined on Beurling and Roumieu type ultradistributions, respectively. The existence of the convolution of two ultradistributions, with Gaussian kernel, is proved in Section 4. Moreover, the authors establish the concept of anti-Wick quantization, which is defined for symbol classes which need not be necessarily tempered ultradistributions.
