    The author proves existence criteria for at least three positive solutions to the following continuous and discrete system of boundary value problems \[ (-1)^{n_i-p_i}y_i^{(n_i)}(t)= a_i(t) h_i(y_1(t),y_2(t),\dots, y_m(t)), \quad t\in (0,1), \] \[ y_i^{(j)} (0)=0, \quad 0\leq j \leq p_i-1; \quad y_i^{(j)} (1)=0, \quad 0\leq j \leq n_i-p_i-1,\quad i=1,2,\dots,m, \] and \[ (-1)^{n_i-p_i}\Delta^n y_i(k)= F_i (k,\widetilde y_1(k),\widetilde y_2(k),\dots, \widetilde y_m(k)), \quad k\in \{ 0,1,\dots,T \}, \] \[ \Delta^j y_i (0)=0, \quad 0\leq j \leq p_i-1; \quad \Delta^j y_i (T+p_i+1)=0, \quad 0\leq j \leq n_i-p_i-1, \quad i=1,2,\dots,m, \] with \(\widetilde y_i = (y_i,\Delta y_i,\dots,\Delta^{n-1}y_i)\), \(1\leq i \leq m\). As a main tool, the fixed-point theorems for operators on a cone are used. The obtained results are applied to a system of partial difference equations. For part I see Comput. Math. Appl. 36, No. 9, 19-35 (1998; Zbl 0936.34018).
