This paper is concerned with the development of an approximation method, based on a combination of the Adomian decomposition method (ADM) and the Green's function, for solving two point boundary value problems for integro-differential equations. The paper begins with some background material and then provides a description of the method. Reference is given to some convergence results and then numerical examples are provided to show the efficiency of the approach which is shown to provide a better scheme than the usual ADM or modified ADM.
