A real entire function \(\varphi (x):=\sum^\infty_{k=0} \frac{\gamma_k}{k!}x^k\) is said to be in the Laguerre-Pólya class, written \(\varphi(x)\in {\mathcal L}\)-\({\mathcal P}\), if \(\varphi(x)\) can be expressed in the form \[ \varphi(x)=cx^ne^{-\alpha x^2 + \beta x}\prod^\infty_{k=1}\left(1+\frac{x}{x_k}\right)e^{-\frac{x}{x_k}}, \] where \(c,\beta, x_k\in \mathbb{R},c\neq0,\alpha\geq 0,n \in \mathbb{N}_{\geq 0}\) and \(\sum^\infty_{k=1}\frac{1}{x_k^2}<\infty.\) The sequence \((\varphi(k))^\infty_{k=0}\) is called a Laguerre multiplier sequence, if \(\varphi\in {\mathcal L}\)-\({\mathcal P}\) and all the zeros of \(\varphi(x)\) lie on the non-positive real axis. The paper gives results of the type: If \(a\) and \(b\) are positive real numbers, then the sequence \[ \left(\frac{\Gamma (2k+a+b-1)}{\Gamma(k+a)\Gamma(k+b)\Gamma(k+a+b-1)}\right)^\infty_{k=0} \] is a meromorphic Laguerre multiplier sequence.
