This interesting paper is a continuation of several papers by the author concerned with the so-called Nevanlinna-Pick and Schur interpolation problems for matrix functions. In this case the author determines the algebraic formulas for the resolvent matrix of the strictly completely indeterminate case by a reduction to a Nehari problem. The reader is referred to the books [\textit{C. Foias} and \textit{A. E. Frazho}, ``The commutant lifting approach to interpolation problems'', Basel (1990; Zbl 0718.47010)] and [\textit{I. Gohberg} and \textit{L. A. Sakhnovich} (eds.), ``Matrix and operator valued functions'', Operator Theory: Adv. Appl. 72, Basel (1994; Zbl 0797.00015)] for more information on this type of problems.
