The authors study Lipschitz stability of solutions to optimal control problems governed by parabolic equations. The Lipschitz dependence is obtained under a coercivity condition on the Hessian of the Lagrange functional. The analysis is based on an implicit function theorem for generalized equations due to \textit{S. M. Robinson} [Math. Oper. Res. 5, 43-62 (1980; Zbl 0437.90094)]. The paper extends previous results by the second author [Dyn. Contin. Discrete Impulsive Syst. 7, No. 2, 289-306 (2000; Zbl 0954.49017)].
