In this paper, the authors study a space of homotopy natural transformations between homogeneous functors appearing in Taylor towers, which appear in Goodwillie and Weiss calculus. The key theorem describes the space in terms of mapping spaces involving the representing spectra with actions of unitary groups. Two applications are given involving finite deloopings, which are motivated by a conjecture made by the first and the third author in [J. Reine Angew. Math. 604, 73--136 (2007; Zbl 1138.55007)]. These results show the existence of the conjectured deloopings.
