Let \(F(s)= \sum a_ n\exp(s\lambda_ n)\), \(s=\sigma+ it\), \(\lambda_ n\uparrow+\infty\), \(\{\lambda_ n\}=\Lambda\), and let \(M(\sigma,F)= \sup\{| F(\sigma+ it)|: t\in\mathbb{R}\}\), \(\mu(\sigma,F)=\max\{| a_ n|\exp(\sigma\lambda_ n), n\in\mathbb{Z}\}\). The author introduces the class \(S_ \psi(\Lambda)\) of functions \(F(s)\) such that \(| a_ n|<\exp(-\lambda_ n\psi(\lambda)n))\), \(n> n_ 0(F)\). Conditions are obtained on \(\psi\) and some function \(\varphi\), that are necessary and sufficient for the relation \(\varphi(\ln M(\sigma,F))\sim\varphi(\ln\mu(\sigma,F)\), \(\sigma\to\infty\) to be valid.
