The authors deal with interesting results due to \textit{B. Beauzamy} and \textit{P. Enflo} [J. Number Theory 21, 390--412 (1985; Zbl 0578.30004)] on the estimation of the norm products of infinite series (polynomials, for instance), and due \textit{P. Borwein} and \textit{T. Erdélyi} [Polynomials and polynomial inequalities. New York, NY: Springer-Verlag (1995; Zbl 0840.26002)] on the norm of the product of polynomials in one variable. They point out that this kind of results can be useful in order to tackle classical geometric issues such as the Bohr radius problem. In its first part, they extend the estimation of the norms of these polynomials considering various different norms. In the second part, they provide a sharp estimate on the norm of the product of two arbitrary polynomials on a Banach space, without placing too restrictive hypotheses on the involved spaces or domains.
