The purpose of the paper is to provide non-trivial examples of generalized Kähler manifolds by means of twistor method in the framework of Riemannian geometry. The main result proposed states that if the linear connection \(\nabla\) is torsionfree the almost complex stuctures \(I^\nabla\) and \(J^\nabla\) are both integrable iff \(\nabla\) is flat. Thus any affine structure on a two-dimensional smooth manifold \(M\) yields a generalized Kähler structure on a six-dimensional manifold \(P\).
