In this paper the authors study the following \(p\)-Laplacian equation \[ u_t-\operatorname{div}(|Du)^{p-2}Du)+|Du|^q=f\quad\text{in }\Omega\times(0,+\infty) \] with boundary and in initial conditions. They are interested in the possibility of extending the solution beyond the possible blow up of its gradient. In particular, they obtain the existence and uniqueness of a continuous, global in time, viscosity solution.
