The main result of the paper is a Harnack inequality for \(\omega\)-harmonic functions. The optimal Harnack constant is established. The random invironment is supposed to be nonreversible and nonelliptic. The proof relies on a quantitative homogenization result of the corresponding invariance principle to Brownian motion and on percolation estimates.
