This paper describes the deformation space of a closed orientable Euclidean cone 3--manifold \(C\) with cone angles \(\leq \pi\) and which is not an almost product. The deformation space consists of Euclidean, hyperbolic and spherical structures on \(C\) and is parameterized by the vector of cone angles associated to the edges and circles that make up the singular locus of \(C\). A special case of these results was proved by the first author in [Topology 37, No.~2, 365--392 (1998; Zbl 0897.58042)]. To illustrate their main theorem the authors describe the cone structures on the 3-sphere whose singular locus is the Whitehead link.
