The authors show that, for a \(C^*\)-algebra \(A\), the property that every \(n\)-positive elementary operator on \(A\) is completely positive is equivalent to several properties. Among these properties, we point out the following: (1) \(A\) is antiliminal by a \(n\)-subhomogeneous \(C^*\)-algebra, (2) for every elementary operator \(T\) on \(A\), \(\| T_n\|=\| T\|_{cb}\), where \(T_n\) stands for the \(n\)-amplification of \(T\), (3) for every elementary operator \(T\) on \(A\), \(\| T_n\|=\| T_{n+1}\|\).
